Item received smashed

Just wondering where I stand really. Bought a huge bronzer off of eBay. It arrived in one layer or bubble wrap and then in a bag. It's completely smashed. Do I have to just suck it up or is the seller responsible to pack sufficiently?

You need to claim a refund - it's not your fault at all. The seller has either not packed it ok or if they have they need to claim back off Royal Mail (or whoever they used)

Open a not as described case with eBay and upload photos of the damaged product.
