I have just opened an ebay store, please could i have some opinions:

This bit could be off-putting: RETURNS AVAILABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. NO REFUND ON POSTAGE.

maybe - Refunds given if returned within 7 days.

and tbh, a seller should refund the postage. If you don't the buyer can simply go via paypal who will refund the postage
