Paypal found in my favour and refunded on item not received can the seller reverse this?

I did not receive my item and put a claim in with paypal who have recovered my money as the seller did not respond within the 10 days.

Can I rest assured the seller can't get this reversed? (Don't want to spend the refund till I am sure)

It's the first time I've claimed through paypal and it all seemed to go too swimmingly.

no hun they cannot get the money back once you have been awarded it by paypal then that is the end of it ok xx

Thanks very much I've heard so many horror stories about people trying to get their money back it seemed too good to be true.

I bought a camera for £35 BNIB it said.

When it arrived it was well used and all scratched

Opened a dispute and paypal agreed in my favour HOWEVER

The refunded me £19 WTF!!!

I emailed them stating I was disgusted that not my fault and I am out of pocket meanwhile the seller is still trading on ebay.

They(papyal) say that appropriate actions are being taken to recover the amount however its the seller that has to refund me. Seller is selling items £40+ so why cant they just give me my dosh back
