I've seen loads of stuff 'as new' surely that can't be the reason. I sold one of these suits earlier this year cant think how I worded the dscription but it was fine. Although it was BNWT.

Have you contacted e-bay for an explanation?

it is because of the 'as new' thing. you cant describe it as 'as new' because its eityher actually new or used. so they wont allow it.

dont surprised if its another seller than has repsorted it.
