I sold a bulky outdoor item last week so it's collection only - and payment on collection to avoid the buyer claiming I didn't give them the item.
The listing ended last Friday (2nd). I've sent two polite messages asking them to get in touch to arrange collection but have heard nothing! Is there anything I can do? To be honest, if they don't want the item, I don't have a huge item cancelling the sale so long as I don't have to pay selling fees for something I haven't sold.
What's the best thing to do? Thanks!
