bought something described as 'perfect condition'

but its not. It was a replacement seat unit for my loola pushchair. Ok so its not in bad condition but its pretty bobbled, and theres bobbly bits from clothes on the harness. Like I said its not in bad condition, but not perfect as described. How do I approach this without appearing to be a cow??

First decide if you're happy with the price you paid for that condition.

If not, check the picture to see if the bobbling is noticable. Then email to say (nicely!) how disappointed you are with the condition and how much you would have been prepared to pay.

ive picked the bobbly bits off the harness but they wont actually come off the seat unit.
