I need to speak to you as I'm not sure you got my mails ! I'm sorry I had to refuse you payment as I dont have any bank account attached to the paypal account you have the sent the payment to. And when I tried to attach my bank account, they refused it because my paypal account in on my maiden name and my bank account in on my married names. To prove my new name, they ask me to fax my wedding certificate but I dont have a fax machine so if please could send the payment on [email protected], I would be very grateful and sorry again about the bother !!

hi, can you not contact this person via ebay itself? ie: contact buyer?

quiveutmabonnebaguette · 26/07/2007 14:21

I have done it but I received a notification from Ebay that sometimes they blok communication between seller and buyer when an auction is finished and they advised to go to a special rubrique but I cant find it ! It's the first time I sell something !

Can you go into commuity...find the person and send them a message that is not linked to the sale item?

quiveutmabonnebaguette · 26/07/2007 14:44

Hi,
Have you tried the discussion boards on ebay for help as the people there are very good. Click on the community heading - there is a forum for new sellers.

SlightlyMadSpider · 26/07/2007 14:46

It sounds riduculous - there are many occasions when a buyer and seller need to communicate after the sale.....arrange collection, check postage discounts, tell them it hasn't arrived, dispute the condition of the item, dispute arrival of goods....all sorts of reasons. I can't see how they can prevent you communicating. Sounds very bizarre

sixlostmonkeys · 26/07/2007 17:02

how odd - can't you pull the buyers details? phone number for eg

SlightlyMadSpider · 26/07/2007 17:21

Good idea 6monkeys....
