It's only a livestrong wrist band, so normal post should do it.

Have emailed seller twice, no reply.

What shoudl we do? Never had this before, everything else we have bought has been despatched very quickly.

Thanks

Maybe they have been efected by the floods, or postal strikes?

Check to see if the sellers feedback is OK.

If they don't post every day and if they sent it 2nd class, it might not have reached you yet. I would wait a few more days.

They need to wait something like 15 working days from day of posting to make a claim from Royal Mail if the item has got lost.

I had a item that took twice as long as is usually acceptable. Turned out the girl was on holiday. I think the odds are stacked against you for quick delivery by Royal Mail for the next few weeks and there is the strong possibility that the person is on holiday. I'd leave it for a few more days and give them the benefit of the doubt.

roiayl mail apparently are on strike form last night for 2 weeks - the PO here says that the man's still delivering the post but to expect delays as I think the sorting office is where it will get held up - i'd say give it another week and then start making enquiries.

Please don't worry...royal mail is so slow at the moment as they have had some one day strikes. Some of my ebay buyers are yelling at me as they haven't had their parcels yet...! So infuriating as I bust a gut to get everything to the Post office next day..then they take AGES to deliver.

Im sure it will be with you soon.

I usually wait 10 WORKING days from payment and then I politly ask the seller to confirm postage date so I know roughly when to expect an item.

Just over a week isn't long considering the postal strikes and so on. I wouldn't panic till about 2 and half weeks normally...
