Combined postage problem

A buyer has bought 3 items and paid immediately for each one, and has now requested combined postage.

I refunded his 3 PayPal transactions, expecting that I would then be able to raise an invoice and include combined postage, but it won’t let me, and I can’t seem to find a way to contact eBay (I’ve managed this in the past, maybe they’ve removed this feature).

Has anyone any suggestions?

Just get him to pay as normal then refund the difference for the combined postage from one of the payments.

But then I get hit for three sets of PayPal fees. If he pays all together there is only one charge.

It will only be a difference of 40p
