Am I being stupid? PayPal

So I've just received the payment of £49.07.
Why is my balance £36.07?

Because it has withdrawn £13 to your bank account

Knew it would be me being stupid but that was at the end of May?

Did you have no balance on paypal at that point so it’s taken it out as soon as you had a balance? Could be unrelated but seems a coincidence that it was a withdrawal of £13 and you’re now missing £13. If it’s just a coincidence then I’m afraid I have no idea!

That must be it. There's no other explanation, i just can't see a £13 PayPal withdrawal landing in my bank.

May have gone back to a card instead?
