Has pay pal changed recently?

Usually if I pay by pay pal on E bay I get my item really quickly, but lately I have been waiting for quite a while

Just wondered if it has changed at all? Maybe the payment doesnt get put into the sellers account as quick?

If you have money in your paypal account then it will go through instantly.
If you haven't and it is taking money from your attached credit card then it will be classed as an echeque which takes years to clear (about a week)

Ours has been the same.
Its been taking well over a week to clear.

Rather annoying.
