Proof of postage but goods not received. What to do?

I have been waiting for goods to arrive for almost four weeks. Sveral emails later the seller has just respoded to say they have proof of postage.

i have asked her to send it to me so that i can make enquiries but, if she has actually got proof of postage is that it? Do I have to just write it off as not recieved or is there another direction i can take.

Thanks in advance

Not sure but I think things are insured up to £30ish if she has proof of postage so she has to contact the post office to ask for a refund.

I think she has to make enquiries not you, you're probably better off asking the question boards on ebay what to do - Topcat's pretty darn helpful bless her.
