EBAY HELP NEEDED. How do I end an auction after someone has bidded?

I'm selling a gas cylinder which I've since found out isn't legal to be advertised or promoted. So, I need to end the auction but someone has placed a bid. What do I do?

cancel the bid and end the listing if u have no idead how to do this then go on the help button "how to cancel a bidders bid" then "how to end the auction"
