My auction for roller blades has ended and I have just got them out to clean them and realised that although they have a label that say they are the same size, they are physically different sizes. One is much bigger than the other. Do I: email the buyer (who lives local) and tell her that if they fit she can have them for free (can I get a refund of my final value fee from ebay) or do I offer her a discount.
