Contact lens help

Not the first problem in the world I know, but I really could have any advice on coloured contacts I purchased off eBay.

The listing itself just showed green coloured eyes, it did say in the description that colour may very due to eye colour with I understand.

They came and I saw that the didn't have much colour to them, but thought they would look better in, they didn't make any change, intact they made my eyes looks yellow. I've messaged the seller, but nothing back, it says returns only if the actual blister packa has been unopened.

Is there anyway I can get a refund? They only cost £14.00 but I'm not happy as they are useless, I don't know what to do.

Raise a case with eBay.

Yup, open a not as described return request with eBay. You will get a pre paid returns label to send them back for a refund. Unless the seller just decides to refund you and doesn’t want them back.

In the first place I wouldn't ever buy contact lenses on eBay. I mean, this website is great, and I really love buying cheap stuff there, but seriously, if I were you, I'd take better care of my eyes. Also, I think that eye contacts have to be of good quality, and this is obvious why. I usually buy mine from this store myeyebb.com/collections/blue-contacts Even though I never take the colorful ones, I'm pretty sure that they must have some. And from what I know, you can always return them back if you haven't put them on. Check them out!
