Sending to non-PayPal address?

I wouldn't do it! You have no comeback with Paypal if you send it to a different address. This has happened to me.. and I think I cancelled the payment and told them to add the new address to their Paypal account and then pay me again...

No, don’t send it. If they claim non receipt, even if you have proof of delivery then you will lose, as you didn’t send it to the address verified by PayPal.

As advised, refund, then get them to pay again, but with the correct address.

get in touch with the buyer and get them to add the different address onto their ebay account as primary address, they can remove it afterwards if needs be and then you can send to this address and be covered

Ebay and Paypal are very clear. Only post to the listed Paypal address.
