Multiple items, but no Buy It Now - how does this work?

I have seen an auction where someone is selling 2 identical items, but within one auction.

So it says "2 available" but she does not have a BIN price.

So how does this work? If I go to place a bid it asks how many I want to bid on. What happens at the end of the auction - do the 2 highest bids win?
