Puzzled as to what I should do about this sale ...

and I would appreciate advice as to what you think I should do.

I have been sellling some toy figures of different colours. Buyer bought one listed as orange. I made a mistake. It is in fact yellow.

I emailed buyer to apologise and to ask if they would like to cancel sale or go ahead but they haven't replied.

Would it be best just to cancel the sale, or to send it and see if they want to return it.

It's only a three or four pounds, so not the end of the word either way.

I agree, post it. I’d say the chances of her being pissed off because you cancelled the sale is higher than if she got the wrong colour.

Put a note in the parcel explaining what has happened and say you would be happy to accept a return if not acceptable.
