Have received an offer but can’t email potential buyer

I’ve received an offer from a buyer in Canada. I’m trying to email them to tell them the postage fee as I’ve only listed postage to UK . It can’t seem to be able to do that. When I click on their name via eBay site it does not take me to an email address. I have the vendor’s eBay name, that’s all. Does anyone kno show I can contact them? Thank you.

There will be a contact user option some where.
Ebay won’t give you their email address, all communication must be done through ebay.
