do you send a reminder email to buyers who don't pay up immediately? If so when?

I sold on a 'Buy it now' price, 2 Weightwatchers books last Thursday night (about 1 hour after I'd listed them!)

I sent a combined invoice straight away, but have since heard nothing from the buyer.

They have a feedback rating of only 2 - and the last thing they bought was in March of 2006.

Do you think I should send them a reminder about this? I say on my listings that payment should be made within 7 days.

Just got a funny feeling about this ...

I sometimes send another 'congrats you have won...' message before I send the reminder.
I'd be tempted to send the congrats today, then a reminder tomorrow. Another reminder on day 9, then open dispute on day 10.

funny when you get the funny feeling isn't it? I've had this - doesn't make sense why they BIN then wander off into the sunset.
last time this hapened to me I got a message saying they were having probs with paypal then nothing...a few negs from other sellers then she was no longer a member.
impulse buying and over-spending? something i would never do of course. Nope, not me, never

Thanks for that - I'll give that a go ...
