Any tips for buying a pushchair on ebay?

I am an ebay newbie and finding it challenging!

Is it normal for lots of the buggies to be resales? eg someone bought it last week on ebay and is now flogging it again?

How can I avoid buying something that is about 5th-hand??

buying last week and selling already sounds a bit odd - unless they knew they were getting a massive bargain and could re-sell at a profit. Trace back to the original listing and look for clues..

I don't know how you can avoid buying something that is 5th hand - unless you really study the other listings of the seller and try and work out from their buy/sell history if they appear genuine.

maybe ask for more detailed photos of the parts of a pushchair that you know will wear away first?

if you are new - double check their feedback, not just the percentage, and remeber to allow for the P&p in your budget
