Cancelling a order

Someone bid and won a item, then messaged to say they want to cancel it as it's no longer needed.
Very annoying! What should I do?

It’s up to you, you can open a cancellation request and if they accept straight away then you can re list straight away.

OR you can open a non payment case after 3 days. It’s unlikely to force them into buying but it will mean they get a strike on their account for being a non payer. Too many reduces their buying / bidding abilities.
