Buyer wants to cancel bid

Just had a message from a buyer saying they want to cancel their offer. Item was £45, they've offered £40.

Will I still get charged fees if I agree?

You only get fees if the item sells. I can't remember the steps to cancel a bid, I think you the seller have to do it, find instruction online. But I strongly suggest you cancel. You do not want a reluctant buyer.

Thanks for the advice, I have rejected the offer.
