Anyone know what this icon means?

The automatic NPB assistant opened two cases for me tonight, but I’ve noticed that one of them has these two blue lines in the feedback column. The other one doesn’t have it. Anyone know what they mean? I searched the ebay forums but though several people have asked the qu, no one seems to know the answer.

I think it means that they can't leave feedback because of the UPI case. I'm not absolutely sure though, because I've got the whole thing automated.

Thanks - that’s kinda what I assumed as well, just thought it odd that the other one didn’t have it, when the automated assistant opened them both within minutes of each other. Guess it’s just one of those odd ebay aberrations!
