WhHat do you want to know? As far as I remember, you just buy it through eBay and they give you a link to book your pickup/delivery.

I just used them. I bought the item and then filled out the booking form. They sent me an email to say when it would be collected. DHL came and collected the item on the allocated day and it was delivered the day after that. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely use them again

I think they only accept payment through paypal but I'm not sure. Its fairly easy to set up an account though. I had only used mine once before and that was 3 years ago

Do they give you any rough time they will collect?

I need to use them but am worried about school runs etc

You could always ring DHL (who do the delivery/collection) and ask them if you could drop it over to them.

I don't know but you could call and ask. I sent a tent which was heavy and bulky so the best quote i got elsewhere was about £30.

I use them all the time and they ahve been great. On one occasion I had to go out before they arrived, so I left the item outside and they posted the collection form through my letterbox - depends how safe you area is though I guess?
