My daughter is waiting for some boots to be returned by a buyer who said they smelt musty,My daughter agreed to refund once the boots were returned and they were supposed to have been posted a few days ago,she has received a text to say the boots have been delivered,they have not, and the buyer has already opened a case against her,saying she hasnt received a refund
Also a message from ebay saying that they have refunded the buyer,can they do this? it seems the buyer has done this before knowing if the parcel has been delived,my daughter told the buyer that she would let her know when she received the boots back
It could be that the courier has got them in their posession and said they had delived but intend delivering them later today or even tomorrow
This has happened before, a text saying item delived,but the courier said they were running late so put them as delivered, but hadnt yet
I think ebay were wrong to refund the buyer without proof they were even posted
Anyone else had this problem? TIA
