How do i turn off deliver to store?

Ive tried to find how to do this but cant seem to do this. Plus if i send something to sainsburys and its not collected and i dont offer returns where does it go ? Do i HAVE to return payment. Im only a private seller selling off my clothes. Thanks

When you list (or edit) the item there will be a box you can untick to turn this feature off.

PS yes, if you use click and collect as a seller and the buyer doesn’t collect them it will be returned to you and their money refunded, even if you are a private seller.

Hi lottie thanks for the reply. Now i might be silly but what section do i need to look in to turn it off. Im using the app and cant find it.

im Not sure you can access it via the app.

Go to the desktop site and edit your listing, then you should be able to untick the click and collect option.
