Mannequin or dummy to photograph women's clothes on

I'd like to buy a mannequin to photograph clothes on. A quick look on eBay and Amazon show a huge range of styles and prices from £79.99 to £4.99. Does anyone have any particular recommendations? I was considering one of the torso ones with a hanger top that can be hung from a hook on the back of the door as I don't have a huge amount of space to store a large or bulky item. However, I suspect clothes would look better on a tailor's dummy style mannequin with a wooden base. I'd love to hear what other eBayers use.

I have both
A small size 8 hanging one for smaller clothes that I keep in my cupboard
A white one on wooden white stand for bigger garments
The benefits of the actual stand up ones are that u can pin garments at the back to look better and move them to a nice part of the room for lighting

My hanging one was under £10
The wooden stand one was around £24.99
Both purchased on eBay

Thanks Loads. I suspected the wooden stand one would make clothes look better. The hanging torso ones have very mixed feedback on Amazon. Any other recommendations from anyone?

I have had several of the hanging ones, in various colours, if they get dropped the top where the hook is will often crack, I live with someone that keeps knocking them over, they can be taped together though.

I currently have a standard size 10 ish one and a plus size one. Have been using these since about 2002 and although I have thought about getting one with a base I have never needed to, it is more about how you display the clothes than what they are on. You still need to pin or peg them for fit either way.
