Any Ebay clothes selling gurus out there? Advice sought

I have a load of good quality womens clothes to shift (not mine as I don't have the money for good quality stuff - My SIL emigrated and I am getting rid of the stuff she left me, but that doesn't fit as I have lost weight )

Some is designer, some from Planet and Whistles and similar.

So - doing a general search to look, it seems that I load of people upgrade their listings - is it worth it?

Any other tips?

I have just sold the first batch - and the (get this) Nike tennis shorts sold for 15 and there was a bit of a bidding war, but the Versace and ralph lauren sold for (quite a bit) less!

(might have to revise starting prices)

I did list them to end on a sunday

i use templates. You can add a load of extra photos and you don't have to pay ebay for them. You just pay if you want a gallery . You have to subscibe to a template site, but if you have a load of things to sell it might be worth while.

DeviousDaffodil · 04/06/2007 18:29

Just cos something is desigenr does n't make it nice. People only buy what they like. That skirt was gross Versace or not!

NormaStanleyFletcher · 04/06/2007 18:29

Well if you are here - to be frank - others read and post. I am using you

Apart from that, you wanted links, I gave you links. Then I went to sleep on the sofa (DD is waking V V early) and so I await your opinion (apart from the fact that the skirt is a little bit tarty).
