Hi folks, this is in relation to my EMS thread which Lottie has kindly helped me with but its sort of a different question. Hence the new thread.
I bought an expensive item which is to arrive by 20th August. Shipped via EMS from Japan. Sent on Monday. Still no tracking info (I have a tracking number, but not recognised on the site and I also called Japan post who also had no record). I specifically asked the seller to send by the quickest insured option available.
If I don't receive anything by 20th would I be available to request a refund? I wanted this item by the end of the month and although the seller has a good feedback record, his communication has been lacking to say the least.
Does anyone know if I'd be able to do this, or would I have to wait ages even though the thing is meant to arrive by 20th? I won't be able to reorder till I know the refund is in process.
