eBay account been hacked

Hi all,
My eBay account has been hacked and £150’s worth of goods sent to another address 😡
Luckly I realised and cancelled my bank card before the £300’s worth of good waiting in my basket was ordered
The address it has all. Been sent to is in the delivery details.
I have tried (without any success) to actually speed to anyone from eBay and have emailed customer service.
Is there anything I can do? Would the police be interested as I have proof of the address?

You need to get onto PayPal firstly as they are in control of the payments.
Then go to help in ebay and follow the directs that apply to your situation, then it will finally give you a number of contact options including a number to call.

That is horrendous. I hope you get it sorted out - quickly. You must be going round the bend.

I had similar but found ebay were onto it very quickly.Sorry to hear this.

The same thing happened to me, they took £47 but I noticed straight away when it came out of the bank. I contacted eBay but they were honestly so shit, I was on the phone for an age with them.
PayPal sorted it for me and refunded the money and unlinked the 2 accounts so they couldn’t take more money.
That was 7 months ago and I still don’t have control of my eBay account.

Similar issues here and found both eBay and PayPal very unhelpful. You’re forced to choose your issue from restricted lists and then forced to follow their procedure...all great if your situation fits their lists. Mine didn’t and I couldn’t get through to a person. I just got repeated emails directing me back to the procedure which didn’t work.

I told PayPal the seller was fraudulent because eBay had told me and they had cancelled the sale. 3 days later PayPal paid them for a sale cancelled by eBay despite me asking them not to
