Help with a reply message

I sold a bundle of clothing about 25 items for a fiver, pick up only, she picked up didn't check them, just walked off lesson learnt there she has sent me a message saying most the items should be for the bin and there are massive stains on the majority of the items, I know this isn't true and some of the items I know are designer and hadn't been worn, but I am unsure of a reply or even whether I should bother fighting this.

did they pay cash or paypal?

Tell her you'll happily take them back and refund her. Bet she doesn't want that.

Yes she does

Never take PayPal for pick up items, it leaves you wide open to being scammed. If she says she didn’t receive them you can’t prove otherwise and eBay will refund her. And no the messages won’t count as proof,

Yes, to just saying she can return them for a refund if she likes. I bet my last fiver that she won’t!

Well, she doesn't have to but if she wants her money back she will need to.
