Fees help please

It’s been along time since I sold anything on eBay. Could someone tell me if I sold an item for £250 how much my selling fees would be? Oh and PayPal fees if the buyer paid that away.

(It’s a cot if that makes any difference)

10% ebay fees 3% + 20p PayPal fees.

So £32.70 in total.

I think it is 10% of the final selling value, unless there's an offer on.
