Bought something and no contact from seller, I'm having a panic! Reassure me please!

I bought that P&T sport, and before i bought it I emailed the seller with some questions, by early afternoon no reply (but the seller is in America so i figured it was a time difference thing) and i made a best offer.

So He accepted the offer and I emailed him the questions again ... no reply.

So I paid for the items (figured out the total myself as that was one of the things i wanted to know)

but still no reply.

I know hes been online because he accepted the offer and has listed new things since then.

He had 98% + feedback, but the negatives ones were 'says he takes paypal but doesnt' - but he did

and no contact from seller & slow delivery.

Its the delivery time i want to know - and im panicking he hasnt actully got them in stock or something and thats why he hasnt replied?

I know i only asked him for the first time yesterday but if somebuys something for £300 off you and repeatedly asks a question you would answer wouldnt you?

I paid yesterday at about 4ish i think,

In hindsight it would have been better to withold payment until he answered your questions.....if they want your business and good feedback they'll go along with it.

When did you 'win' the item?

Im just miffed because i know he has been on his ebay account, so why not answer when theres 3 messages asking the same thing?

one before i paid, one in the paypal email telling him he has been paid, and one from the night

its been less than 24 hours.

I would have said to start worrying after a week!

I think you are panicking a bit too much at the moment.

I would send him another message, just saying you would appreciate a response from him asap as to when you should expect delivery, given it will be coming from USA. Give him another day to respond.

he may not have had the time or oportunity to respond to you.
His listings could have been scheduled.
He may still be in bed/shopping/eating/visiting his aunt mabel.

I'm tempted to say don't send any more messages just yet - it can wind people up to return to the computer and be faced with numerous messages from the same buyer.

If he hasn't responded in a couple of days - send a message then

I'm also thinking of getting one from the states and want it for when we go away next Sat.
