I've heard various recommendations about this courier, but the bit that worries me is the facte that they state,
"1 delivery attempt, only.
Further collection/delivery attempts will result in additional charges."

Anyone know what the charges are? How does it work - who pays an additional charge.

Somehow I can't imagine negotiating with a buyer to stay in all day ?

if they cant deliver it, then it goes to dhl depot and buyer has to colelct it.

I've used it 3 times now. They seem to use DHL.

First time was a bit of a disaster. Courier collected a day late and at the other end there were problems getting it signed for. It all worked out though eventually.

Second 2 times have been fine. I just emailed after having the parcel collected and gave the tracking number and the day it would be delivered. I'm not sure about charges, but I think if they're not in they can collect from the depot.

One guy gave me his work address for delivery to make sure there would be someone there to receive it.

I've used them 3 times and no problems with collection or delivery.

I asked the DHL guy himself and he told me if there is no-one home they try neighbours etc first to leave it with, they only take it back to the depot if no alternative.
