I bought a silver ring recently an when it arrived it was the wrong size, doesn't fit any of my fingers and is even too small for my daughter so it's useless to me.

I emailed the seller and asked about an exchange and 5 days later still no response..

Anything I can do in this case? it wasn't expensive £8 total including postage but that's not the point is it?

Did it state the size? Is the size wrong? If so they should do something. If the ring is the correct size then I can't see that they're obliged to do anything

it stated the size but the ring is not that size, it is much smaller, maybe 2 sizes down they aren't replying to emails tho, that's the frustrating thing.

I think you have a case if what they sent you is genuinely not what you were told you were getting. I'd open a dispute if I were you, on principle if nothing else.

It is a bank holiday so you may have to wait until Tuesday. Otherwise you can request their contact info and phone them directly. Much harder to ignore someone on the tlephone.

If you can't get the telephone number- did you pay by paypal- if so raise a dispute- peeps tend to respond to that

Thanks, just looking at the dispute process now
