I won a baby walker and the seller has just emailed me to say

sorry i cannot accept your payment for the baby walker, i have sent it to be weighed today, and unfortunately it is going to cost 12.50 in total to post, an extra £6.00. the walker is in really excellent condition and it did cost £55.00 new, you still would have a bargain i am really sorry please let me know if you still want it, i am new to ebay selling and wasnt too sure how to use the postal intstructions.

what would you do? HAve ebay go rules regarding this, can't find them on site

Yes payperdrop. they send via DHL - usually next day, for £5.99

It is her responsibility to send it, and she is being very unprofessional here. You have a contract and you could report her as a non-performing seller, but you are more likely to get the item if you pay up

you could maybe offer to split the extra?

I have just emailed him to tell about the payperdrop thing with a link so I'll see what I get back.

I think he is really cheeky asking me to pay more for postage, its his fault!
