Not this number, 0345 355 3229. Took me half an hour to get through, for them to drop the call.
I really need advise from someone. I can't find a way to message them either as if you go to customer service online they just give you a list of 'problems' and mine isn't there.. (customer asking item to be sent to alternate address.. he has paid for it and I'm not sending for obvious reasons.. see my other post)

For future reference there isn’t a general number. You need to follow a help path until you get a list of contact options, including a number to call (or they can call you). Your problem doesn’t need to be identical to the path you have chosen, just select until you get the contact options, then when you speak to someone tell them what your issue is and they’ll put you through to the correct department.
