Hi,

I have been sent the wrong item by a seller - which I assume is a genuine mistake. We have arranged for myself to send to the correct buyer (with postage refund of course) - and them to do vice versa. My item is worth £30 and the one I have been sent is worth £10. Are there any scams I should be aware of before I post it tot eh correct recipient????

Good Luck hope it all turns out ok for you.

Cheers - just making sure. I am sure it is a genuine mix-up - just a bit nervous as the item I am expecting is the higher value one...

Should I wave at you ?

This happened to me and in the end the seller sent me the item I had won along with a stamped and addressed packet to send on the item I had been sent in error. Meant they had to trust me but it was their error in the first place. I got proof of postage when I mailed on the item and scanned and emailed it to the seller so they knew I had sent it.
