DO ANYONE HAVE AN EMAL FOR EBAY?

my ongoing saga of goods not recieved, the bank are now telling me it will cost £10 for them to see where the cheque is etc. so either way i'm out by £10.00 (goods only £10.50) am I wrong in thinking now this is theft? the dispute came to nothing, i'm so pissed of right now.

I know ebay can give you the sellers details but i've no idea of the email - any ideas on their email to ask for the sellers details?

thanks six. they've sent me an email - ebay and also to her. I now feel I have no alternative but to go to the police now - had I of had a responce I wouldn't be so worried - had the bank of helped me out then I wouldn't have been bothered but now i'm just plain pissed off at being ripped off (for the second time - althou first wasn't on ebay)

not much help I don't think? have got her tel no, rough details of location no email address or actual adress - can the police help?

to be honest I don't think the police will be of much help. when i read similar situations the police can't get involved.

I'd give her a call if you have the phone number - but i wouldn't get your hopes up. just say what you need to then forget about it
