Can't believe this!

After the incident with other buyer iv received a returns request for a faulty item saying that the bikini I sold has skid marks in it. She was quite rude too in the message.

I was so horrified iv accepted the request at the time but I know that I definitely wouldn't have sent something to somebody like that. I wash all my stuff.

It was a lovely bikini and now iv got to pay all the postage for it. I only sold it for £6.50 . I'm thinking it didn't fit so maybe she thought I would say she could keep it.

I'm desperate now to get it back to see if there is actually a skid mark. Iv lost faith in people so I wouldn't put it past them to put a skid mark in it.

If you get it back and there's no mark, she'll say she washed it. Ask for photos. But then I suppose she might put one there!

Yes you're right. I'm not worried about the money it's the principal of it.

Just refund her. You will have to anyway and that way you will save yourself postage. She is a CF but eBay will side with her!

Unfortunately that’s the risk you get when you sell on eBay. Most buyers are decent but you do get the odd one that takes advantage.

If you get the bikini back and they’ve lied about the condition, unfortunately you will still need to refund, but you can report the buyer to eBay for misusing the returns system.

Thanks. Yes iv asked for it back. I'm not letting her keep it as maybe that's what she was aiming for. I'd rather have it.
