basically a buyer is really peeing me about, despite several messages too and fro payment has not appeared. her paypal is apparently playing up, ive given her my address several times for a cheque and its excuse after excuse after excuse, which i can tell are lies as she's bought and paid for items since.

i started a dispute which she has not responded to, just given me more excuses through normal ebay messaging.

i asked her if she didn't want the item, she insists she does. i dont even want her to pay now, i want to tell her to get lost.

cant i just close the dispute, get back my fees and relist or do i have to wait for the no response (7 days) thing. what if she responds with more promises of a payment that never appears?

I think you have to wait before you close the dispute - i'm doing exactly the same

I think you should give her a deadline of when you want payment by. I wonder if its worth pointing out to her that you know she has purchased other items since so therefore it leaves you to believe she doesn't want your item anymore.
You have to wait the set time before getting your money back, I think you can still relist it in the meantime though.
