PayPal Is Holding ALL Funds For SEVENTY-TWO HOURS!!

PayPal has begun a NEW System-wide policy of holding ALL FUNDS requested for transfer FOR SEVENTY-TWO HOURS.
They claim it's for "Security Reasons", but it's really ANOTHER WAY TO GET A 3-DAY FLOAT WITH EVERYONE'S MONEY!

New deposits are AUTOMATICALLY PUT ON HOLD FOR TWENTY-ONE DAYS !!

ANYONE WHO USES PAYPAL REGULARLY SHOULD HAVE THEIR HEAD EXAMINED.
The other thing PayPal does is REQUIRE IMPOSSIBLY DIFFICULT VERIFICATION THAT A TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
This gives them even more FLOAT with customer money before they have to give it to you.

There is no need to shout.

I've had no problem withdrawing funds from PayPal today.

If you're a new seller or you've had a few disputed transactions they do the hold money for 21days thing. It stops if you establish your account by regular use and you maintain minimal disputes.

I think it's always taken upto a couple of business days for bank transfers.

My transfers have always been immediate.

Calm down.

I haven’t had any problems withdrawing. Always immediate.

They do impose restrictions on new and newish sellers though. It’s a fraud prevention measure. Perfectly sensible IMO.
