Ending listing early

Sorry me again ! Im thinking about ending a listing it has bids on it can ebay charge a final value fee ?

In short no because there's no final sale price to charge on.

No. But if any potential buyers have placed bids on the item i think you will get a defect on your account, although I could be wrongz

You will need to end it ( I think ) at least 12 hours before it is due to end otherwise it sells to highest bidder

Cancel the bids. You cannot be forced to sell item to highest (or indeed any) bidder.
It's not really something you should be in the habit off but I guess things get broken/seller has listing remorse etc.
You cannot make changes to an item which has less than 12 hours to go but you can cancel even with minutes to go.
