I just bought a ring for over £300 and it is not as described, the stone is not as large as the seller said, they don't accept returns and so I have requested a return as it was not as described.
But now the seller (who has very low amount of feedback so possibly a new seller or newly reregistered seller) is saying no, she is saying it was as described.
I feel sick to the stomach at wasting the money and am stressing about what to do next if she refuses to accept the return. Apparently I can escalate to eBay but if it is her word against mine, how will they mediate/decide what to do?
I have nearly 400 feedbacks on eBay and have never experienced this situation before.
I'd welcome any advice or comments, thanks.
