Spidey senses in overdrive??

Sent package by Proof Of Postage 2nd class 11 days ago.

Still not allegedly received by purchaser who has previously asked for the reference number.

I have NEVER been asked for this in over 700 transactions.

Buyer is asking for ideas as to what has happened and my spidey senses tell me she is about to try & screw me over despite her good feedback.

RM website tells me there is no news & it will update when an attempt at delivery is made.

Should I not have given her the reference number?

Pls advise. Thankyou.

I really think you’re being paranoid OP Smile I don’t mean that in a patronising way.

As I explained earlier, I don’t think there is anything strange about the buyer asking for the reference number. Chances are she wanted to check you’d actually sent it.
If I ordered something and it didn’t show up I would ask for it.

Royal Mail DO lose things, and a lot more than they care to admit. I would say in my experience it’s somewhere in the region of at LEAST 1% of parcels.
