Is there any way that someone who knows you in real life can uncover your eBay identity? I mean by using searches etc on site not by torturing you!

If you’re a private seller, no.

No, stuff like that is well protected. You could dob yourself in however by saying your address if it was cash on collection. Buyers do get your email address once they buy something tho, and the same for sellers. We get buyers email address once a sale goes through.
