I ordered an item from ebay the business sellers page says its items are usually dispatched by Royal Mail and there is also ClickandCollect from Argos.
I was in a rush/tired and opted for postage even though I work full time, as I can always collect from the local sorting office evenings or w/ends.
The seller then sent the item by Hermes and I was working really long hours last week was not able to contact them to arrange a convenient redelivery time. Now the item has been returned to sender
Will I be charged for postage? and/or refunded?
