Have I been misleading on description?? need to vent anger!!!

So angry, I pride myself on being an excellent ebayer and have excellent feedback (99.1%!!) and I am so cross cos some silly cow has emailed me to tell me she is disappointed with an item I sold, said I was misleading in description.....
It was a 3 part set from mothercare, peach dress, knickers and hat with 'lottie' written on it(the hat). This is what the listing stated. She won the bid for 99p... a bargain in my opinion, dd only wore it once! And now she is saying that she 'ASSUMED' it was Humphreys corner and that I misled her cos it isn't. Have I been misleading? Surely it's her problem if she assumed that, I didn't state it on the listing. I get so cross when people do this, she's after a refund, but really, 99p, is it worth it? I posted it the next day etc, she still has a gorgeous dress etc for her dd, just cos it isn't bloody humphreys corner. I just know she's gonna leave negative feedback.I know I could just refund her 99p, but IT'S THE PRINCIPAL, I haven't done anything wrong have I???????????? [angry angry angry]

oh and BTW, even if the hat is not technically part of the set that still doesn't mean she should assume that it was humphreys corner. Afeter all, for all she knows you have a daughter called Lottie and it was embroidered specially for her!
So she was still making a huge assumption

Well, you could offer a refund if & when she returns them to you. mInus the postage. Then relist them!

my daughter has the humphreys corner dress set that that the hat is part of the set.
The original set the hat came with is different to your dress, but you have no where said it is a humphreys corner dress so it is her problem not yours
