Giving a partial refund

I sold 10 jumpers on eBay for £3 plus £2.95 p&p. (Used but in good condition)
The buyer has messaged me saying there is a hole on one of the jumpers and attached a photo.
Seller is happy with all the other items. I can only guess that I've been messaged so that I offer a partial refund. How much do you think I should refund back?
I was thinking of the total clothing cost, divided by the amount of jumpers, so in this case it would be 30p, but that seems a bit silly to offer that. Should I include the postage? I've never had to do this before so unsure

She seems a bit of a dick to be moaning about a hole in one jumper when she got 10 for £3! I would totally offer her a refund for the cost of one jumper, 30p! Yes it mayb seem silly but she’s also being silly if she’s expecting anything extra! Why would you offer to refund part of the postage?

Asking for anymore than that is totally cheeky!

PS I’ve just seen that she hasn’t actually asked for a partial refund, you just assume she wants one? Maybe not the case.

I wouldn’t even offer one at this stage. Just apologise politely and say you didn’t notice and she’s welcome to return them for a refund if she’s not happy.

Sometimes all these people want is a bit of acknowledgment for their complaint.
